Beginners Seminar
with Laurie Kick-Tourner
Sunday, February 26, 11:00-1:00pm
Have you ever wondered what the "rules" of yoga are? Do you often think, "what the heck does that mean?" or maybe, "look at how good they are, I am not that good at yoga. I should not be here" If so, then this workshop is for you! Whether you are brand new to yoga or someone who has questions about their yoga practice, you should come to this workshop. In Laurie''s Beginner seminar we will explore not only the physical poses (or asanas) but why we do them. No question is too little or too silly for this class!
Pre-Natal Yoga A 6-Week Session with Dianna Lucas Saturday's from 1:00-2:15pm Starting Saturday, March 31 This 6-week session incorporates
vinyasa (flow) for cardiovascular strength, asana (poses) to strengthen and
prepare the body for the greatest opening and offers much more than a physical
experience. Combining yoga postures with controlled breath opens the road to
discovery, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and the spirit of
your baby. A regular practice will help strengthen the uterus and tone pelvic
muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase
overall comfort. Many of the common discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea,
constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica can be
alleviated. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any concerns as
well as the joys of the wonderful new changes your body and baby are
experiencing. Workshop Cost: $75 *Early Bird Registration: Save 10% through 3/16 *NO Class March 5 Click here to register, then click the "workshop" tab
